FAQs

  • My approach is not for everyone. As no two humans are the same, I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. I tailor make a specific offering to each individual based on their needs and circumstances, therefore I will ask you to complete some initial questions when we first connect, to ensure my approach fits with your needs and goals. Depending on your needs I’ll assess options about how we could work together for you to choose what feels right for you.

  • I hold sessions online via Zoom, as well as in person sessions in London in either Soho W1//Clapham Junction/Battersea SW11 or Kensington. Home visits are subject to availability and at a supplement rate.

  • 60 mins, 90 mins or 120 mins. Where possible I ask that everyone starts with the very least a few 90 mins sessions, then we can go down to 60 mins. On occasion, you may feel like you need longer, so 120 mins sessions are also an option.

  • Once we have established your objectives for working together, we will work on this in parallel to triggers, conflict and inertia you experience in day-to-day life to help you make space for you to get out of your own way. Each session will be unique to you in that moment/that day/that week’s needs but ensuring we’re also addressing why you wanted to come in the first place.

  • Our time together is your time and space to do what is best for you. You will not be forced to do or say anything you feel you do not want to confront at that time. My role is to create a safe space for you, with no judgement or agenda for you to make sense of life and for you to find your inner truth.

  • I believe that each person has the answers inside themselves, my role is to help you to discover them. I like to call it the Mary Poppins approach. Alas I don’t float in on an umbrella or dancing with penguins, but there will be a ‘spoonful of sugar’ as we explore what holds you back. My job is to help you see the issues, and then empower you – when you feel you are ready – to move forward on your own “in the most delightful way”. That will be unique to each person, but we’ll review as we go along and be honest about what is needed or find options for you to do the work on your own, with the option of coming back if you need it.

  • I don’t operate a one size fits all approach with my work and that extends to costs. I don’t believe people should be restricted in getting help based on their financial circumstances, therefore I work on a sliding scale in relation to your circumstances which we’ll discuss in our chemistry session. I have a variety of packages, again based on your needs and personal circumstances. I have a limited number of pro bono sessions available each year too.

  • I undertook my coaching training at Cambridge University’s Møller Institute and subsequently gained my Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC). My therapeutical training was with Dr Gabor Mate and his Compassionate Inquiry Professional Therapy Training psychotherapeutic approach. My somatic training has been in Breathwork teacher training with Laurent Roure (accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals UK) and numerous trauma informed training with NICAMB (National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioural Medicine) with Dr Peter Levine, Dr Dan Siegel, Dr Bessel van Der Kolk and Dr Stephen Porges, some of the leading experts in developmental trauma and somatic therapy.

  • Please be advised that a late arrival will result in a reduction of the duration of your session due to the impact on other clients that follow.

If you need to cancel, I request 48 hours’ notice, late cancellations will be charged at 50% of fee with 24 hours’ notice and full fee charged with less than 24 hours’ notice.
